Cute but fragile

The base came off within a few hours, can probably be glued back on but not idea. Other than that it is a fine little music box.

Item was deffective and Customer Service is poor

I ordered this item. Although it's super cute, it was defective and lose. I contacted customer service immediately and have struggled to get a helpful response. I have emailed them and sent a message via their website chat. They responded via text message asking for a video of the issue. I provided the video to them and have not heard back in days. I hope to resolve the issue soon because this was meant to be a gift for my baby's first birthday in a couple of weeks. I also hoped to purchase other music boxes from this company in the future but am very dissapointed in my experience so far. There is a lack of accountability and customer service is lacking.

Off kilter

Alas, the music box arrived with a bent axle and did not work very well. I returned it and have been promised another within a short time frame.
