How are my shipping charges calculated?
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the item and your zip code. We ship hundreds of music boxes per month, so don't worry, our shipping rates are very competitive
Can I change or return my order?
Absolutely! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards via ShopPay and GooglePay.
What are Wooderful Life products made of?
Our products are made from natural timber and recycled wood. We are proud to say that each product is unique and made from different parts of the wood.

How long does shipping take?
We ship your order within 1 business day from the date of order if the item is in stock. Then it takes 2-4 business days to arrive to your home.
If the item(s) is not in stock at the time, we will follow up with an email to you right away, but you can also email us to find out if an item is in stock at hello@shopmusicbox.com

How can I track my order?
You will receive an automatic email with tracking information when the order has been shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@shopmusicbox.com
How can I add an item to my order once it’s been processed?
We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Wooderful Life goodies to your order, however, once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, simply place a separate order. If you had a special one time discount on the original order that is not available for the add on order, just email us and we'll provide a code for you hello@shopmusicbox.com
Where are your music boxes made?
Wooden pieces from each product are laser cut, then painstakingly painted and hand assembled by talented artisans WITH LOVE in China.
Do you ship internationally?
We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed on our site.
